No. Currently we are not running any retail store, hence you can’t see the jewelry in person. But we provide every detail and several pictures of each jewelry on our website to make you feel it real as well.

All our prices online are in United States dollars. When you change the currency option on the website, the display price will be in the currency of your choice for your ease of conversion.

InfinityGemsArt accepts credit cards payment online via the PayPal gateway. Your orders will only be processed upon successful payment. Currently we don’t have the pay on delivery option.

At InfinityGemsArt, we also provide jewelry items especially dedicated for your especial moments. You can select jewels for your birthdays, anniversaries, weddings etc. in our Gifts section.

To give our customers an enjoyable shopping experience, currently we have fixed shipping. For destinations outside United States, please note that you may be subjected to import taxes, sales taxes and/or customs duties, which are collected from you once the shipment arrives at your country.

Yes. Once your order has been submitted, we will email you on the progress or you may also login to your account online to view the order status. On the day of shipment, we will email you the tracking information. You will be kept informed of the delivery process at every step.

Yes. You can return the purchased product within 30 days of delivery. We’ll initiate the refund of your amount after we get the concerned product back without any harm to it in any manner.
